Use the Project Operator

Ask about the open Project and review evidence-citing Proposals.

The Project Operator is the Knotest-owned assistant for the open Project. It uses an allowlisted product-command surface rather than arbitrary filesystem or shell access.

Configure the Operator

  1. Open Settings -> Project Operator.
  2. Select an OpenAI or compatible provider and explicit model.
  3. Store the API key in private application data.
  4. Open a Project before starting a Project-scoped conversation.

Review every Proposal

The Operator can read supported Project information and draft selected record changes. Drafts remain untrusted Proposals until you review and apply them with Knotest's normal validation.

It cannot directly edit owner records, run an Evaluation, seal a Claim, write Evidence, or invoke a shell.
